I, Mohd Jamshed Hasa, made a request around 4-5 dec'09 for the change of name of electric meter in the name of Ms. Shaishta Hasan vide the complaint no. R[protected]Ms. Sonia) and was informed to keep rady the required papers and the person of BSES will visit your residence. No response for some days. Again complained on[protected] and Ms. Swati informed that the person will visit within 3-4 days..........No response again. Again complained on[protected] and one Mr. Raghav informed that he is marking my complaint to the higher ups. On 16th evening ome Ms. Ruchi called me up and informed that a perso will visit at the spot and I should keep ready the required papers. She also informed that the person will vist by 12.0"clock and I must keep myself available. I was very much there and when I called at 12 when no one came, I received a reply from one Ms. Swati that my request has been cancelled and I have to deposit the papers at 304, Nr. Petrol Pump, Nizamuddin. It really strange that this is the kind of service we are getting from the service industry. One thing I realised that in case I would have told them that I will pay some bribe--ghooooooos for your coming to do the job, my work would have been done without any hassel.
