[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani Power Limited — NON RECEIPT OF BILL

We have shifted to our new Residence in the month of July, 2011 and at that time we called BSES people to change the Meter in the name of Mr. Suneel Kumar Atreya (me) and Mrs. Anita Atreya (my wife). It was taken delivery of by the BSES agent and was promised that within one month,i.e., in the month of Aug, 2011 we would get the necessary documents from BSES but it could not be received. Thereafter I lodged a complaint to their Chief on their web page. I received the response that it has been done. Neither any letter nor any change of CA was informed vide that communication.
We did not receive the bill hence we kept on checking the Bill with existing CA no. on their web site and it was showing the nil charges.

Today one Mr. Gaurav Agarwal visited the residence and told that you had not paid the Bill and demanded the payment. We conveyed that we never received the Bill nor it was available on the web site of company with existing CA no. At this he informed that the bill was issued in the month of OCT. 2011 and new CA No. It is strange that if the new CA No. was given when why the same was not communicated. Further, the name has been changed but with the different spellings. Instead of SUNEEL KUMAR ATREYA they have entered SUNIL KUMAR ATREYA. On being told, they have asked me to again carry out the same exercise.

I am aghast with all this. One they should have checked the papers before carrying out the changes and also should have seen the form filled by me. By not delivering the Bill, we will be burdened with later payment charges though there was none of my fault.

Please help us.
