Dear Sir,
for the last more than a year BSES has been sending me inflated bills, I called up the helpline no but there was no help provided and I was told to pay for getting my meter checked, I have failed to understand why should a consumer keep on paying for everything even when BSES is at fault, why should we pay for their fault, this is a complete mockery of democracy.
I stay in 2 BHK rented accommodation house last month my bill was 13500/ this month it has come to 17415/-.
I request you to please help me out in this regards.
