BSNL 3G Data Card — 3G data card is not getting connected

respected sir my bsnl 3G data card no is[protected] when i am connecting it,its gives me error "Can not get Connected" so what i have to do next also customer care is not pick up the call its always coming line is busy any other no for customer care ??? My contact no is [protected] from Janki Shah
