I had bought a 3G Data Card from BSNL customer centre at TDM Ballia, Dist- Ballia(UP). with Reciept No 3939 dated 05/02/2011
Along this I get a 3G SIM free with [protected] and officers alloted mobile no . [protected] of the same SIM.
The officials at BSNL O/O T.D.M. Ballia(UP) suggested me to do the FRC of RS. 120 and for net surfing charge with Rs.275/= for running your SIM.
I had Spent my money in doing FRC for Rs 120/= and Rs 275/= for net surfing.
But I am in vain when I didn't get any recharge amount in the Said Number. After Due enquiry I came to Informed that the SIM no. does not matched with Issued Number(for mobile) i.e. SIM No.[protected] does not matches with mobile no . [protected] of the same SIM.
I asked the BSNL officers who is responsible about my Vain and mental harassment for more than 10 days also I asked the officers to refund my all dues and alloted me new 3 G Sim free of cost, or do some needful
