This is to inform you that my Bsnl- Landline has been inactive/dead from past 3-4 months,There is no Dial tone.I have given repeated complaints to the BSNL people in the Telephone Exchange in orissa. But they have never minded to call back or tell me the nature of problem it has occured.
From the past 4 months I am out of connectivity But the bill is generated and am regularly paying the amount of the service that I am not even using it.

From past 4 months I am paying the minimum charge and the service tax- Now who is responsible for the connection charge? Even in case of NATURAL CALAMITY it hardly takes days to get the connection back.
I would like to file a consumer case for the mental harassment caused to me for repeatedly going to the exchange and lodging complaint since 4 months and the service tax and the bill I am paying to the government without using the facility. Physical and financial harassment to be added.Non of my contacts staying far away are in touch with me and the feeling of isolated is to be considered.
