Some service called "Easy Vault" was activated on my no. few months before and my balance was deducted.I asked to customer care about the same but they failed to justify how that service was activated.
Again, some other service was activated without my knowledge and my balance was deducted.However, they stopped the service on my request.
Now,again third time my balance was deducted by activation of some service and it deactivated only after I requested for the same.
However, in all of the above cases I got NO REFUND of my balance which should have been, considering the fact that I did not activate any of the service in any of the above cases. Was this information helpful? |
