From the past 8 days our landline is disconnected.After complaining in the office about the same there is no improvement seen.Our broadband connection is also suffering, due to the same issue mentioned above.Our phone got dissconnected on 13th of March and we recently complained about the same on
18th of march but nothing improvement could be seen till now.
Therefore I kindly request you to look for the same and take some severe steps to avoid the mentioned problems.

Personal — phone noise problem

for the fast 3 years phone noose problem, still now i was complaint more than 1000 times but no one has attended the problem, how is the right person or please tell me how to solve the problem.

BSNL may have the best infra but in areas like Dayalbagh, Agra their team is very unprofessional and doesn't take corrective actions.

Sir, I have a prepaid sim of BSNL no [protected]. Now i want to activate the facility of excel power to two phone numbers [protected] and [protected]. I have registered a complaint to costumer care on 17th july but my problem is not solved till date.

I have a broadband connection Of Home-500 of 1.5 GB at my residence 13, Jeevan Jyoti Enclave, Dayalbagh, Agra.For last one month this is giving hellof a trouble continiously. Either the link do not connect Showing error 678, some time connection mature but after some time link fail and start blinking, sometime the connection remain but data stops. I have lodged almost everyday to 1957, approached exchange Ex En, Div Engn at sanjayplace, also made several calls to broadband supervisor at 2460700, but nothing is working to set them right.should I now approach GM AGRA, or I will report to TRAI/ consumer court?

Just Take a new concection From Bsnl 3 months before with broadband and My overall thinking is that nobody is taken action aganist our complaints, My phone is always with severe noise and brodband is two slow with most of the time disconected.due to the near of taj no any other broadband services is available with us, kindly do the needfull for the same my No.is[protected]

Dear Sir,

We have the following connections at D-595, Kamla Nagar, Agra.

2881590, 2885331, 28884847, 2560066 and we generate excellent revenue for BSNL every year. It is to our demise that most of the times some or the other connections do not work properly the assigned line man take the advantage of our urgency to correct the problem every time. Our telephone[protected] is not working properly from last 15 days and no action has been taken to rectify the problem.

Sir Iam an army officer posted in JK .only way to be in contat with my old parents is my tel no[protected] but the equipment is faulty for last 3 months .Even after dozens of complaints nothing is done and iam out of communication with my old parents pl do some thing

given problem continiousl.

1. false ring repeatedly approximate two time a day.
2. dial tone suddenly goes off for a long time in a day also.
3. if any how communication possible, it is impossible to listen opposit paty's sound
due to very noisy background.
I have complaint many times but there is no solution till now.
