[Resolved]  BSNL — for unsubscribe voice chat service

sir. on 29/03/2011 i received a massage " your voice chat has been renewed for thirty days.to deactivate dial 12630035", the massage was sent from number[protected]. but when i dialled the numbers 12630035 and[protected], it was told that the dialled number does not exist. so, please let me know the actual number so that i can avail the facilities of vioce chat. i also talked about the matter with your customer service officials, but they could not give me a proper reply.

I have activated voice chat, but this is total fraud, bsnl playing with public emotions, bsnl hier some common girls through contract for voice chat. because of this most of the people wasting their money and time, which they dont the realities.

My mobile no is [protected]. Voice Chat Service activated automatically. Please deactivate/unsubscribe these services. Because every month @30 rupees deduct from my account its a very headake for me please do favour for me.
