[Resolved]  BSNL — sim card registration failed

my sim was misplaced so i bought duplicate sim from bsnl exchange after completing all formalities but when i inserted sim in cell it shows SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED how long will it take to activate the sim my cell no is [protected]

I am RAVEENDRA from hyderabad central university.
SUB: vennela plus migration voucher
I recharged my mobile (removed) with 199 rupees vennela plus migration voucher on 17 th nov 2009, still i did not get validity.I gave a complaint to customer care so many times, but no use.so can you solve my problem? or tell me what will i do?
My complaint no is AP[protected].
VOUCHER SL.NO:[protected].
And one more thing i want to tell '' the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE is not responding to any complaint.They simply give reply which is not related to the problem. you can check my conversation with BSNL CUSTOMER CARE through my mobile no (removed). and i gave so many complaints from my mobile about debit of my balance from last 15 days. so i am REQUESTING please clear all problems as early as possible.
