BSNL Azamgarh — COmplaint not being hears since 22/08/2013

I use a broadband connection no.[protected], the same is not working since 22/08/2013, I have lodged several complaints through all their modes of resolution, I have even visited their office for the same but no one is listening to it and I find myself helpless and I have no other option but to quit BSNL as its service is very worst Regards Chhamendra Pathak [protected]
