BSNL — Balance deduction of Rs 150

My balance is deducted on regular basis .Rs 150 is deducted on regular basis.Customer care always say that service is activated, but i had never activated any service.But no respond receive from bsnl customer care.

but no action is made.
So please help me in this matter.So that my balance of Rs 150 can be refunded.
