[Resolved]  BSNL bandham SIM card` — sim card was not working but phone no is used another person the identity is still my address proof

i am taken the bandam plan the sim phone no. is [protected] still the sim is in my hand but the sim is not working recently im phone to the same no. another person lift the why it is possible ? still sim is my hand the sim no[protected]N the sim is taken my identity but know it is using another person the sim is taken in bsnl office Khanapur Adilabad. please solve my problem sir
