[Resolved] BSNL, Bangalore — New LandLine Connection | |
I had booked for a New Telephone (Landline) and Broadband Connection (for governemnt employees scheme) on 19-march-09. I was given consumer number[protected] and Workorder (OB) No[protected], and was promised a connection by 23rd March 2009. Till date no response was received from the company regarding my connection. From morning (01-apr-09) i have been making calls (merrygo round) from one person to another (each directing to the other) and finally i was able to contact the area manager of the BGeast exchange. She said that immediately she will ask the concerned person to contact me. Finally Mr.Saravanan[protected] was very obliging and helpful, he explained me the status of my connection. The reason he explained was that there is no cable available in the company to give me the connection, and it will take another week or two to complete the task. I am really upset with the service rendered. If the First impression itself is so bad - God should only save from many more troubles to come - being a Central Government Servant i am not interested in availing a connection from a private companies. Kindly Help me get my connection. The advertisement of BSNL shows that it can provide connection in 24 hrs from booking - how can government firm take a consumer for a ride. I have a BSNL connection number 23324575, and had complained several times to change the instrument. infact ours is new connection and we have recd faulty instrument and when we have brought to the notice of the service men Mr. Chikanna of Rajajinagar area he in reply said you will get such kind of instrument only. I was surprised and within six month it is completely dead and it is replaced with old instrument and again we are facing same problem every time we cant hear properly.
My sincere request is please provide us with good instrument and not face any problem in future. To be frank because of this we are very dispointed about BSNL services.. The service is very very poor.
Hope our problem will be attended immediately.
