[Resolved]  BSNL Bangalore — Phone Dead

My BSNL landline Phone No. is :[protected] Bangalore) and it is dead since from 25th October 2007. I have booked the complaint and the docket No. is 0771 dated:[protected]. Till today i.e.31st October 2007 it is not attended and setright. The frequent follow ups with the concerned DE on 26796666 and[protected]external cable fault) is not fruitful. At least now can the concerned people look in to this problem seriously and solve it immediately.

My telephone 23333631 is dead since one week. My complaint docket number is 699. Kindly arrange to get my phone repaired.

Hello Sir/Madam,

My phone has been dead for over 2 weeks now. I have lodged a complaint in IVS and docket number 9592.
Initial responses provided were that it was due to cables being cut for road work. That has been sorted now and my neighbours' phones are working fine.

Please fix this asap.

My Land Line No.[protected] is dead for almost 45 to 50 days, on 7 occassions complaint has been lodged, my last complaint docket no. is 324.

Regret to inform that till now no action has been taken from the department, if the same can not be repaired please take back the instrument.

Hope atleast with this mail appropriate action will be taken from the department.

What an idea of complaint I could not understand. I had lodge complaint on phone 3 time on web 2nd time. Nobody is bother about compalint. My trelephone is lying dead since more than 45 days. How the complaint get negligated?. Please clarify and confirm your line of action immediately.

My BSNL landline with telephone number[protected] is not working since past 3-4 days. There is no dial tone nor the instrument rings when calling.
I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at the earliest.
