BSNL, Bangalore — broad band connection

Sir,
I applied for Broadband connection on 24th may08.
I asked to remove my STD/ISD facility and adjust the deposit amount to my broadband modem.
They have promptly removed std/isd facility but no broadband till now.

please provide the connection and modem at the earliest.
