[Resolved] BSNL Bangalore — Telephone disconnect, in spite of making Payments | |||
Dear Sir, Inspite of making the telephone line promptly through Bangalore one, the telephone dept have disconnected the Landline. The telephone is dead from September 11, . The payments have been made & also I have sent them the creen shot of the pament made from the bank & still the line is not activated. BSL take complaints online but ensures that they do not take care of complains & give telephone nos & email to contact but nobody responds. We do not know whom to contact to get this resolved.
