[Resolved]  BSNL Bb — unable to check my bb usage

i am not able to get my user id . since i have forgotten my user id i am not able to check my broadband usage

i have been very hardly trying to get my bb usage from bsnl. inspite of viewing all sights that have been recomonded by bsnl i am not able coorect bb susage

i have taken a new bb connection and i want to check my bb usage but i am unable to check it becouse when i try to logine trough bsnl portal it prompts "EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password. " error. so pls tell me how can login through portal so that i can check my bb usage.

i have been registred my custmer id [protected] on 15 july. But till the date i did not receive my id and password.several times i spoken to custmer care but no progress. it is request send my password so i can check bb usage
