BSNL — Non receipt of refundable security deposit | |||
I was holding two bsnl landline connection no.[protected] & 246612 which i had surrendred on 26 october 2010 & 21 december 2010 respectively. But till the date i had not received my refundable security deposit of Rs.6000/-. I had visited numbers of times in bhilwara office of bsnl but the officer are not giving responsible answer and they just say to come tomorow. i nhave surrendered my land line telephone no.24150756 on24.02.2010.I was told that the security deposit wiil be sent with in 5 days by way of draft/cheque to my address.but i have not so for received the amount. i have shifted my residence to nandyl. i request you to arrage for sending the deposit to my new address mentioned here under. K.RAMI REDDY, H.NO.44, STATE BANK COLONY NANDYAL-518501 KURNOOL(DIST).
