BSNL Bhubaneswar — LANDLINE IS DEAD SINCE 01/05/2010

SUB: LANDLINE NO:2580277 IS DEAD SINCE last two months.

I LODGED A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY LANDLINE WHICH IS DEAD SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS.BUT TO MY UTTER SURPRISE THIS IS NOT YET RECTIFIED TILL TODAY. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST AND OBLIGE.

Inspite of repeated complain, my BB is not attended to. When I approached for disconnection, I was asured that, my compains will be attended on urgent basis.
My last compain no is [protected] dated 28.3, followed by complain no [protected] dated 29.3.2012. My Tel No is[protected].

It is requested to either attend & rectify my compain or disconnect.

My phone[protected] is dead for the past 20 days and I am unable to use my broadband too. I cannot even lodge an online complaint which says my number is unregistered. Whenever I call to customer service via 1500, they intentionally stay numb without uttering any thing. This is really disgusting and I am having an awful experience with BSNL. Any honest senior officials reading this message, must do something.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have lodged a complain regarding my Telephone No[protected] which is dead of last two month. In the line of same contaced to [protected] about know the status the concerned person advised me to contact the Mr.Pradhan(SDO) of our division. Inspite of contaced to the concerned SDO by his cell no-[protected] he assured me your complain would adressed by end of 25th July. Its very unfortunate still it has not been adressed and even if 0n 28th July i tried to contact the concerned person by his cell no and office no as well but no one picked up my call.

Here i would like to request you please do suggest me the further step which will be taken by me to get the quick service from respected BSNL, BBSR.

Acknoledgement and speedy action of same will be highly appreciated by customers end.

I have lodged a complain regarding, i have taken a Broad band connection for my telephone number bearing[protected]
The Internet is not working properly since 15 days, Landline connection is not working atall.
The complaint has been registered with the complain line numbers. Please see that the line is Solve problem immediately.
