[Resolved]  BSNL — Phone dead last 10 days

My landline phone no[protected] is dead from the last 10 days. Complained to Mr Ganga Ram and Mr Phool Singh of telephone exchange Bijauli Jhansi repeatedly but they are not giving proper response. They are saying that they have to get the point of joint dug for which they have no labour. They are not giving any time limit for repair of my phone line. I am an old subscriber of BSNL land line phone. My connection is about 20 years old and I have taken internet connection on this phone number, which is my urgent and daily requirement.I am badly suffering from this faulty phone
