[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — broadband not working ...number [protected]

for the last two months that is august and september we are facing broadband networkproblem for one day it works and then 7days there is no netwrk where as neighbours are not facing that problem after reapeated complaints to maintaince incharge sdo mr soni who sits in the saket nagar bhopal telphone exchage who does not pick up his phone or mobile to listen into the complait and when visit his office he gives vague answers or says its lunch time instead of solving our problem.....monthly for broadband i pay a bill of rs1200/- as i hav aplan of 900/- and instead of giving us service for 24hrs we get sevice for just 2 or 3 days......we if this persist we will be forced to withdraw our connction as it wud be a waste.......the maintaince people instead of rectifying faults they simply bulling us thaking u shaila naidu [protected] [protected]@gmail.com.
