[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — usage portal not showing details

yup... whats this? m trying to see my usage like hell... m nt able to c ma details...
1. the portal http://bbservice.bsnl.in is nt opening
2.if it opens it does nt show any detail information about usage
who vl b responsible if by mistake i exceed my usage limit. bsnl should should should look at this problem n shoyuld corect it... this is frustrating

i have a broadband connection of plan 250 home for last few days i am not able to check my usage as i use limited. i made this complaint earlier too.

i couldnt open 'uage portal detail' link in dataone.in site.pls correct it.

maine 2 week pehle brodband lagwaya tha, par usme link nahi aaye or agar aate hai to speed sir 5-10kb per second aa rahi hai, jabki minimum 256kb per second aani cahiye.maine complaint ki thi par kuch nahi hua, mere 750 ruppye pani mai ja rahe hai.

I am unable to view my usage even after longing in with the correct user name and password. please do the needful to access the full benefits of the BSNL broad band service.

& how much data remained to down load for free

I am not able to see my bsnl broadband usage details online.
i logged in with my portal id and password and there is no details for paid month and also for the current month.
please help me to find the usage details of every month

YE BSNL Bhosadiwale kuch kaam nahi karate. website bhi update nahi karate, Suar ke bacchonko fokat ka paisa chahiye har month. Government ka kaam aisa hi hota hai. Broadband kitna use kiya hai kuch pata nahi chal raha. is se pahale aise problem nahi hoti thi. Speed bhi kam kar diya hai bahan chodo ke pillo ne aur bill bharne me thodi bhi der ho gayi to oran landline band kar dete hai madarachod saale BSNL me kam karne walon ki bahan ka loda.
