Even i had register a complaint for improper working but nobody has visit for checking. The complaint wat my broadband connection was not working properly. But no response by the BSNL and now my land is dead, its not working from yesterday...
First of all less that deposit amount form my bill otherwise take your BSNL connection back. its poor quality product.
BSNL is providing very poor service qualvity.
