I had changed by house from Kaderanapalaya to Ayyapanagar in August, so I applied for change of telephone along with Broadband facility on August 15th 2008. Till November I was not given connection. In Nov 2008 I got connection for only land line. however in Dec I got bill for Broadband. I had complained regarding this to the AE Mr. Sukumaran, and by so much of preciving I got the bill cancelled as I din't get the get the broadband connection. I got a new bill with Rs 0 to pay. However the land line was disconected due to non payment of Bill, I have been perceving Mr. Sukumaran, AE, KR Puram. he verified all the documents and said there is no pending bill. However the land line is not restored till now. Its had been 15 days since the telephone is dosconnected.
Till date its more than 5 months but I have not got the Internet connection.
Telephone does not work if the power goes off.
5-7 days in the month telephone does not work
