[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — net speed and phone connectivity | |
Sir, I started home based medical transcription 1 yr ago for which I need very high speed net connection. So I have taken bsnl broadband connection unlimited solely for that purpose. Ever since I am facing frequent troubles in the net connection: 1. Many a times the DSL will be disconnected. 2. Though it displays 100 mbps that speed will not be there..even yahoo messenger cld not be connected. 3. Land line phone almost every 10th day will be dead...and so on... with these many problems I lost my job also...now got a new one, but again the same problem. I request you to please consider this issue and rectify my landline and net problems once for all. My landline no. is[protected]Badangpet exchange). Many times complaints were lodged there also... Bsnl office servant had tell me that U will get average 256 kb/ps speed But, I am unable get that
so, I request to take a strictly action on that...

sir i would like to state that the work of BSNL is hihly irresponsible and careless in terms of consumer service.my day starts with calling your office for restoration of my connection and ends the day with the same ;i have no other work left to do now.
sir there are many problems..i am getting a downloading speed of around .5kbps to 3 kbps.sometimes my..sorry not sometimes alwas my connection break in between?all the calls i have made were in vain...like[protected] Mr Balraj, the Gm over there.i have made a numerous complaint at this numbers also[protected], 2621900, 1500, 1504, 2621533 and many more but still nothing happened sir.
sir i think tat you will take a action as soon as possible.
