[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Very very poor service

I am using broadband connection of Bharat.Sanchar.Nigam.Limited from past 8 months and i am fed with its problem of getting disconnected everytime,and not getting connection even after many attempts of connection.This priblem is not getting solved even after hundreds of complants.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Internet connection

Sir,

I have submitted application for internet connection on 19th December, 2008 at that time BSNL Officer (do not wat to declose the name) told me you will received net connection within a week time.

After lot of followp still I have not received internet connection till today (i.e. 18th June, 2010)

Because of that only i have not paid BSNL Bill.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.

BSNL — very poor service of broadband

i m leaving in NOIDA i have chosen the broad band connection of BSNL .
But BSNL department not response on my complaints and broadband service.
they just giving useless excuses and not providing the service of broadband.
My plan is Rs.900 and service tax extra .
In starting my broadband is was ok service but now its very poor and very very bad service . Its not a kind of broadband service.

I sri Ajitesh Chatterjee am a consumer of your broadband service.My broadband no. is 24339329.I have been facing an accute problem for two years for your poor services.Sevaral times docket has been lodged in this no.1504.personally sevaral times ihave visited to Mr. Tapan Chakroborty(Head of the external broadband services,Baruipur Telephone Exchange)regarding my problem.But he is totally indifferent of my problem. He has behaved bad with me.Till today no steps has been taken to solve my problem.On the other hand I am paying every months bill,Please take necessary steps solve my problem urgently.My buisiness is on line share trading fir your poor service my buisiness is totaly hampared,and facing loss of thousand & thousand rupes.Hope you have understood my problem and take necessary action.

BSNL Broadband — Very poor broadband service

We are using BSNL BB service from more than 4 years. From last 3-4 months it's ridiculous, any time it's goes down, and whenever it is on, in every 10-15 minutes its got disconnected.
We have unlimited plan for 1350/- per month.

MOST OF THE TIME MY INTERNET OUT OF ORDER
I have taken a land line cum internet broad band from BSNL on 07.09.2011. The internet has hardly worked & still inoperative and phone was also not in operation for about two weeks. The technology of internet and phone vary reliable and private operators are managing very well. I have made many complaints but in vain. Now I want to disconnect the BSNL service. Can any one tell me whether I should pay installation and security charge or not ?

With reference of above this is to inform you that my company M/S TEEKNITS, Sai Nagar, Near Canal Bridge, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana-141013 have five connection of BSNL our firm doing export business, but every day BSNL Broadband (internet Conenction) has been droped, we make so many complaint to the concerned department officer but they have no solution, due to poor service of broadband we are suffering loss of business due to department negligency, Now my above connection No.[protected] is upset within few days i have so many complaint to department i.e.
