I have been using BSNL broadband for the last two years.But presently for about last 6-7 months almost every day the link goes.Regular complain has not resulted into any permanent solution.Everyday after complaining in [protected]helpline number the officer's from BSNL calls me and assures to give permanent solution but till now there is no result.

i have been using BSNL broadband for the last seven months.But presently for about last 2-3 months almost every day the link goes.Regular complain has not resulted into any permanent solution.i informed local customer care unit of bsnl.they gave their service .but no result.
please do something as early as possible so that i can get proper service otherwise i have to surrender my telephine connection.

This is to bring into your kind notice that I have a BSNL broadband connection, it is not working since three months and i have registered continuous complaints against it in BSNL office, but no action took place since three months and I have been paying the bills sincerely.
So, I request you to please look into this matter and solve my problems as soon as possible.

My broad band connection is not working properly. The ADSL light goes off every now & then. I have complained about this atleast 20 times in last 6 months. My complaint of 15th july is still unattended. We receive inquiry form your office about the working of telephone. Then we reply that we have a complain of internet. Then nobody turns up. Today also I have lodged a complaint . my complaint No. is 226586. I hope now some body will turn up tomorrow positively.
For God's sake please help me. Kindly send someone after 2.00 pm tomorrow i.e. on 25th july so that I can be at home.
