Broadband — Over Billing
I am availing broad band facility with my land line No. 27480377.Since last two months I am getting exorbitant bill beyond the tarrif plan of 199 for the same .
Pl. refer bill dt.9.10.2008 and 9.11.2008 and written complaints inthis regards.
Please ensure justice, and if not possible pl. advise me to surrender the broad band facility.

BSNL — BB OVER BILLING
I was having a broad band connection with BSNL.My telephone no. was 25954811.I had taken this connection with the yearly payment option but before the begening of the next year I wrote a letter telling that I would like to opt for monthly payment option.To my surprise, I found that my continued to be as per my earlier option.I wrote a letter to rectify the bill but with no efeect it continued sending the bill, subsequentlt the line was discinnected but for more than a year the bill continued to come though I had pointed the problem once again.Now the bill for the next billing year has also come.I would like to get rid of this poor service, BSNL should get the modem and handset back, I am ready to pay the bill for the period I got the service and settle my a/c.

Dear Sir i have taken 750+ unlimited plan i got connection on[protected]. now it is showing that i have used the free usage of 1 GB and for further usage we have to pay

BSNL — broadband usage charge is over billed
Broadband usage charge is over billed for the last three months(dec,jan,feb). December month is come in jan month,but janaury month bill is not come suddenly last month last week come one bill then see the bill, i'm really shock see the bill. The division office can't responce asking this bill detail(broadband usage bill) officer told one offfice to anther branch office,they can't responce my bill details. pls cure my complaint. i'm attached the bill to this complaint.BSNL — BILLING OF BROADBAND
MY Bsnl number is[protected] . My problem started in December 2009 when i changed my plan from Home 250 to Home 500 Combo Plus (with night unlimited 2:00-8:00am) . I used the broadband plan according to this plan for a day but when i checked my account for the user details it showed everything under chargeable even for the time between 2:00-8:00 so i went to the Bsnl office to confirm if my plan was actually changed or not and they said it had been changed and there might be some problem with the software so i forgot about it and used the connection as per the new plan but soon to my horror i recieved a bill of nearly Rs 52,000. when i went to bsnl office they said they will send my case to the banglore head office and after nearly a month and half they settled my acount for around Rs 1100 .But then again for the month of feburary they charged me the same way for everything despite the fact that i never changed the plan . when i went back they gave me the same reply that they ll send it to banglore then i did nt hear from them and i did not get my bill for the month of march so i went to get it and they tell me , they have a new software implemented and do not know when i ll get my bill (that it has not yet been generated) . I got the bill finally in april and to my shock all the previous settlements were being shown as outstanding and also insane amounts are being charged as taxes and late fees. I have been going to the Bsnl office in jaipur regularly and everytime they tell me that the new software does nt accept the adjustments . yesterday i got my last bill and it now says that the total amount has reached Rs 119000 somehow , i cant get it , PLEASE HELP ME .38%
