i have a BSNL BROAD BAND connection in my home and i am facing problem in surrendering the same.
I have met the JE in person in the BSNL office during the March month and handover the complaint letter to him indicating to accept my surrender of the broadband line as the line was not working properly. the copy of the letter is enclosed for the reference.he insisted me to use the line for next 10 days and if problem still exists he said he will close it. Ever after meeting him, the line was not working properly and i have made a complaint thro internet to close the connection.
But till date nothing was done but i have been receiving month on month the bills even after indicating the surrender request for the conenction.
I was not using at all the broadband connection all these days, but it was shocking to me that they have billed for the entire plan cost and moderm charges which comes to rs. 700/- month on month... ??????
Last week again, when my relative went in person and enquired, they have insisted to pay the entire balance amout and then only they would close itseems.
i am ready to pay the modem charges for the period. but as i have not used the internet all these days, the BSNL has no rights to charge me the PLAN charges. They can very well check on the usage of the plan.Where is my fault in this ? why should i pay the plan cost when i have not used the internet ?
Atleast now i hope, i would get an solution to close the broad band connection at my home.
