FIRST I WAS TOLD THERE IS CABLE FAULT, WHEN CABLE WAS CHANGED, THEY SAID IT IS DP/PAIR FAULT; ONCE DP WAS CHANGED, THE SAID YOU SHOULD CHANGE FROM P2 TO MULTI-PLAY SWITCH BOARD. NOW AFTER ALL ALTERATIONS, THE BB IS STILL NOT WORKING - CONSISTENT DISCONNECTION AND LOW SPEED - BUT NO ONE - FROM LINE MAN TO JE TO SDO TO AE TO DGM TO GM IS WILLING AND CONCERNED TO FIND AND PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. I EVEN LODGED A COMPLAINT ON THE GOVT OF INDIA PUBLIC GRIEVANCE PORTAL (NO : DOTEL/E/2010/06704) BUT STILL THEY HAVE NOT WOKEN UP. THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS THAT THE CONSUMER SHOULD CONTINUE PAYING THEM THE MONTHLY CHARGES SO THAT THEY CONTINUE RECEIVING THEIR SALARIES ON TIME - SHAMEFUL ATTITUDE AND YES, IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT BSNL STAFF IS INDIRECTLY PROMOTING PRIVATE SP IN LIEU OF SOME GRATIFICATION Was this information helpful? |
