[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — improper billing

i am using BSNL Broad band connection. i took new new connection on feb-2009. and till now i used only some 6 months of net correctly. remaining time i suffered from line fault and disconnections of the service. even after giving many complaints to JTO and SDO of respected persons they failed to take necessary action to repair my line. and billing is continued even my disconnection and repair period.
can anybody suggest me to get coeercted my problems about BSNL service. to whom to contact.?

BSNL Broadband — high rent for first 2 month

dear sir, i took bsnl broad connection 2 months yearly.it is 250 plan.i have downloaded 2-3 songs only.but in the 1st bill it came Rs.1200/-.how come this much????

BSNL — Improper Billing

i am a bsnl broadband customer for almost 1 year now.Recently i opted for a plan change(from HOME plan to 500C.)for this i had applied three months ago. since then they have not sent me any letter confirming that my plan has been changed.again they have not sent me any bill since then.now when i made an query why my bill is not coming i found out that they had changed my plan 2 months ago without letting me know that and they have made a bill based on that plan(although bill was improvised, not the official one)now i am completely dazed ..

I had given 500c plan but you are given me some other plan please make
it sure.

BSNL — Improper billing & disconnection many times

On request for a WLL base phone with internet connection, the officer of the department
(some Sahoo) told (advised) to deposit Rs250/- for connection of phone, and Rs750/- for internet connection & no extra charges next to pay. But after 2 months send a bill of Rs1467/-( as current Rs353/- & previous Rs1114/- which is includes one month bill). On asking about clarification of the same he said that there is a hidden payment to be pay for installation, which was not as his previous commitment.
When I have paid advance Rs1000/- for both connection.( 250+750) same day
So I think either he is cheating people for getting target or the advance amount of Rs750/- has not added in the account.
So I request the department for justice before bill payment.
I attached the first bill copy I received,with this complaint.( actually second bill)

Dear Sir,
I started my bsnl broadband services some 6 months back for Rs. 950=00 plus service tax/per month. under annual payment scheme of rs. 9500=00 per annum with 12 months rent & 400 calls per month. I paid some 11???=00 amount against the first bill including one month rent as deposit.

Plan details are 8 gb at 4 mbps & afterwards at 512 kbps uptill month end.
i was also waived off the rent & 400 calls(units).

From the beginning i was not satisfied with the speed/service & raised various complaints from time to time without any satisfactory resolutions.

But for the April month[protected] i was charged for Rs.624.27, mentioning Rs. 603=00 for calls(459 cell units, 40 landline units & 4+8 other/special)

Please do the needful & help me get the full(agreed) service for the stipulated time period without any delay.
