BSNL Broadband — Broadband not working for quite some days and complaints are getting closed without proper feedback from us | |||
Hello This is to bring your attention to the fact that my BSNL Broadband ( ph :[protected] is not working as desired . It is showing " Remote server didnot respond" and DSL yellow light in the Siemens Type 2 modem is blinking every 3-4 mins. And when the DSL light is steady , then this is giving error " Modem is not properly configured or is in use ". I have raised several complaints via 1504 and[protected] but everytime, the personnel is asking me whether the line is ok and I am stating the same statement - that the link is ok for 2-3 mins and then getting disconnected and then I have to reconnect again .They are closing the complaint without asking us whether this is working or not and every day I have to raise a new complaint . The latest Docket # is Y1014 dtd. 13th April2010. If you see the history of the broadband , this line has been taken in July 2007 and you will find several complaints in 2009. Today , due to family issue, I had to stay back at home and do work from home ...but due to this issue with broadband , I couldn't work properly as the link is failing too many times. Can you please check with BSNL why they are so callous in their attitude to find the root cause analysis of what is the exact issue : is it with the line or is it with the modem or is it with the convertor assembly ?
