NON WORKING OF BROADBAND

STRANGE!NOBODY RIGHT FROM BOTTOM TO HIGHERUPS NOT CARING TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT OF MY BROADBAND WHICH IS NOT WORKING SINCE PAST 2WEEKS INSPITE OF MAKING SEVERAL PHONE CALLS..I WISH ATLEAST THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANNOT RECTIFY AND THAT THE CHARGES WILL NOT BE LEVIED AS THE FAULT IS IN THEIR SIDE.I WISH THEY ATTEND OR INFORM ME THEIR INABILITY OF NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY THE SAME..MY TELEPHONE IS AT HYDERABAD,,040-24011817...I AM SORRY TO MENTION THE SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS OF BSNL OFLATE..I HOPE THEY WAKE UP AND LIVE UPTO THE EXPECTATIONS OF SUBSCRIBERS.

My broad band has been installed and functioned for few(2-3 days) where in our usage was veryl less. Since then it has been ten days and our complaint is not resolved. the modem is not functioning -they check the modem at the exchange it works the same doesn't work at home- they check the line and say line is OK. But the problem persists till date. Our area is a remote place wherein we donot have any other service providers also. Dont know how many more days will it take or even if it will get rectified or not.

Even the call center telephone no. 18004241600 as given by the BSNL mobile call center people doesnt exist and gets always connected to the mobile call center

ma broadband connection breaks after every 1-2 mins, due to which i can't even stream a 4 min video or download a 20 mb file.and as many times i call up the customer services they say-"there's a prob persuing right now, we've just got the information and the prob will be rectified tonight/tomorrow evening".it's been around 13 days but the prob is still there...

my broadband connection breaks every time or most of the time it does not work at all earlier there was tel problem which was rectified but the broadband problem still continues as such pl see that the problem is solved at the earliest..mybroadband works through tel 27635658...my cell 9490490270...pl dogive acall so that i will be avaliable at home to attend
