Problem started some 6-8 months back, in the day time from Mon-Friday and some times Saturdays, the DNS name resolution becomes almost impossible. I have to refresh 50 times to get a name-to-IP address resolution in the day times and then I will get a page displayed. Never had issues at all in the night times. When I tried to place a complaint, BSNL cust care does not want to agree that there is a problem. They say that there could be some problem with my antivirus, (hell) I am an Engineer and manage several servers everyday.
I am saying that in the day time, the BSNL DNS servers are not able to take the load and not responding to the client queries. I dont know if I am the only one who is facing the issue but this has become very tedious and frustrating to the peak. Why cant BSNL put some more DNS servers to take the load. May be some one could get me the ip addresses of other DNS servers which might help. Was this information helpful? |
