Here we cannot get proper speed in broad band servise.some time page can load for few minutees.so we

bsnl offers me bussiness plan 250.00 and committed speed 256kbps to 2mbps but my connection gives average speed of 170-185 kbps low downloading speed

i got bsnl broadband conection on 14 april2010.intialy i was geting good speed.but now it is just 20 kbps.i have registered complaints but no action have been taken yet.so please tell me the solution.
