BSNL — BSNL online recharge problem through portal bsnl website.

hi I was recharging my bsnl mobile no. [protected] today on 2/10/2013 for rs 50 INR through online with reference no. 172239 at POS [protected] .the amount has been dedusted from my bank account with above reference id but not yet credited into my mobile no.please investigate for it and is ther anyway the amount to be credited into my mobile no. it happen frequently on portal bsnl website want to know the the reason t for this error.when call to customer care they told me to wait for 24 hrs but never credited why it is?.
