My Teliphone No is[protected].I am a BB customer of BSNLfor more than last 6 months. My Phone along with BB connection have been shifted from Dabagarden Exchange to Industrial Exchange during Oct 08, due to shifting of my residence.
I have been encountering the following problems in my BB and Phone since the very day of shifting my connection. I have been running pillar to post by approaching concerned JE, DE(BB), and the over all in charge of DEs etc sice last one month but in vain.
1)Frequent disrruptions of BB connection.
2)Coplete faileres/maximum failures during the time between 6PM and 6AM.
3)In coming calls to the phone is being blocked frequently.
4)unale to open the Usage account of BB even when the BB connection is established Was this information helpful? |
My main account balance automatically deducted from my account.Customer care not attending the call.No.1503/1507 not working properly.Please shutout the problem.Otherwise I will force to go for consumer forum.My mobile no:[protected]
