I am from #8 govt high school road sanjay nagar marathalli. It is to complaint for the worst service of BSNL BROADBAND.
I am using I'm using BSNL HOME 500 COMBO plan which should give me 2Mbps=256KBps speed but ever since I connected my plan 15 Days ago I couldn't cross 50KBps=.8. Mbps mark. .
my whole work and job is based on BROADBAND, i am highly effected due to this.
you are requested to take care of customer service or give the compensation in the bill.
