[Resolved]  BSNL — de-activate bsnl tune

I have pre-paid mobile sim No.[protected] . The sim is not in use since[protected]. I am receiving an SMS daily since[protected] for renewal of BSNL Tunes. I have no need of BSNL Tunes .Please do needfull .

DE ACTIVATION

how to activate my BSNL Tunes in my cell PRBT service is so weast my cell is BSNL but
BSNL customers care center is so warast center in the world how many time am send sms,
to customers in You can send SUB RBT_ID to 56700 e.g sms SUB 102840 for Ajab Si as your BSNL tune.am send to three times but no responses am change to BSNL sim don't take any one in BSNL sim's

IF YOU HAVE NO ANY SIMPLE SYSTM FOR BSNL TUNE THEN WHY YOU PROVIDE THIS FACILITY TO CUSTMER. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO FORCELY ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE ON ANY MOBILE AND PLAYED BSNL TUNE YOUR, S OWN CHOICE. YOU HAVE TO CHOOSED ANOTHER WAY FOR DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANY CONNECTION. NOW PLEASE DACT YOUR BSNL TUNE FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. PLEASE GIVE RELAXATION TO THOSE WHO DAILY CALL ME AND ASKED TO ME 'EH KI LWAYA HOYA?'

bsnl connection of mobile — deducting money unfairly for same ring tone

on 13 august2009 money was deducted twice for renwal of same ring tone . the message was given twice at 3 pm &11.58 am for the money that was charged twice.this must have happend earlier also but i had not noticed. my mobile number is [protected].why is beinng done or is it something that i am not understanding

still some one phone me they get louzy tune.. which i deactivated so many times
by UNSUB ALL to 56700

Still no action done by BSNL, we will loose on the top of it RS 25/= ..

so i request you not to deduct rs 25/= loose from My Prepaid mobile number, which i do not want to loose.

Pl. take action and update me in my yahoo mail

my mobile no. [protected] please deactiviated bsnl tune in my mobile, i am sending the message 2-3 times but the reply is that you are not the subscriber of this service but the charges will be deducted

Respected Sir,

The applicant is holder of BSNL Mobile No. [protected].

That on[protected] a Caller tune was down loaded from BSNL message centre on the applicants mobile with the following message: -

“Thank you for using BSNL tunes. Your registration is done successfully. This service would be auto renewed after 10 days. Sender 56700. Message Centre [protected] Sent 7-Sept 2009 : 03 :27 am”

Sir, The applicant is not interested for any caller tune on his mobile and therefore the applicant has tried severally to send message to message centre to remove the Caller tune by forwarding message “BT DACT’ to 567 but this is the matter of great concern that each time messages sending failed and it appeared on the applicants mobile that “Message not sent, try again later. Therefore the applicant is writing to you to take necessary action and direct the concerning authority for the following: -

(1) Not to renew the Caller tune further.
(2) Remove the Caller tune immediately.
(3) To direct the message centre of BSNL not to give any ring on the applicants mobile for accepting any Caller tunes in future.

sir i had sent UNSUB message at 56799 many times and 72 hours are gone but still it is not deactivated??

BSNL is so network .If someone is trying to talk with customer care executive urgently it will not be connected alots of tunes you will found to listen...so plz change this facility if you are not capable of providing proper services to the customer

please type UNSUBSCRIBE and sand it on 56700.
