i think it occur accidentally , i have send many messages to stop it , but it is coming
constantly ,and they are deducing money from me , now i want to stop it ..

I am Mr. Hemanta Kumar Giri & my mobile No. is [protected] I want to deactive Utsav Pack service, which comes from 56505. You are requested to stop the service.

I have not given any request o[censored]stav pack. but every week they deducted Rs.5/- for the same. also deducting Rs.1/- every night 11:00p.m. saying your last call Rs.1.00/-. When i visited bsnl office. nobody knows what is utsav packe? also unable to tell me how same activativated on my cell. and how i deactivate it. i have lost more than Rs.100/- balance due to this. please deactive this plan. When I am in the office I used get stock alert from your service centre atleast 6 to 9 times a day.. However, for last one week I am not getting single stock alrert a day from your centre
