(1) BSNL is not able to prove network for more than 10-15 days every month.
(2) Regarding other facilities like internet through landline i.e. dial up networking and GPRS system is not provided till date.
(3) There is no riversal system in the PCO.
(4) Mobile recharge coupon is not available.
(5) No technical staff is working in the station for repairing basic problems.
(6) Even for receiving the landline and mobile bill customer has to pay some amount.
(7) Every month customer has to pay late fine for the bill as the same has been received lately which is regular practice of BSNL.
(8) Prepaid SIM cards were been issued without proper verification which seems quite illigal and dangerous for security reasons.
(9) Black marketing of recharge coupon is openly operated by some of BSNL staffs and outsider buisnessmen.
An early action in this regard is highly solicited.
