RENT OF TYPE II MODEM IS BEING BILLED INSTEAD OF TYPE I MODEM SINCE SEP 2008 @ MY CONNECTION 28457955 EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2008
At present I’ve Type I modem in my broadband connection on telephone number 28457955. But I'm receiving the bill where Type II modem rent has been billed instead of Type I modem rent since the bill dated 14 September 2008.
Additionally I applied for Type II modem in July 2008 to change my present rental Type I modem. But I still didn’t receive the same yet.
I already complained in writing about the same in the month of September 2008 itself. But still I'm receiving the bills with Type II modem rent where as I didn't receive the Type II modem at all and BSNL record is updated with Type II modem in my account. Again I complained to rectify my record with Type I modem instead of Type II. But all in vain. Also I'm complaining about this inconvenience since September only without any result.
I would like to get all the extra amount paid, adjusted in next bill and get the issue solved either by receiving the Type II modem or getting correct bill.
