I have booked for landline at my house at B-166/S-2, Shalimar Garden Main, Sahibabad PO by paying Rs.100 vide receipt No.0616410 on 19.03.09 at the BSNL, Sahibabad UP Boarder (Apsara Boarder).

Though more than one month is over. No one has come and installed telephone instrument. I would, therefore, request you to kindly get the connection installed at the earliest.

BSNL — No shifting of phone even after lapse of 21 days

I have given application for shift of above referred no from Jallahalli Exchange to CV Raman Nagar Exchange on 27 Apr 09. However, my telephone is still under shift even after lapse of more than 21 days.

If I would have applied for a new connection, it would have come within 3/4 days!

I have BSNL land line connection No.[protected] with Broadband facility. More than fifteen days the land line is dead. The condition is continuing after the repeated complaints. It is requested I may kindly be allowed the rent concession if any, as applicable.

2. Waiving of rentals for current cycle.

This is to bring to your king notice that our landline telephone connection is out of order for the past two months. In spite of lodging a computerized telephone complaint (complaint number is 945). The telephone network has not been restored. Subsequently, we had registered another complaint at the Rajinder Nagar telephone exchange, but it has also not materialized.

Without telephone, our connectivity with outstation relatives has been completely cut off and we are facing a lot of day-to-day problems like LPG booking, its follow-up, interaction with school, office and other service providers.

In the light of the above, may I request you to kindly:

i. Instruct the concerned officials/lineman to restore our telephone connectivity on very high priority basis.
ii. Waive the rentals for this cycle, as we are not provided with any services.
