i want to deactivate caller tune which was activated 1 week before.it was informed that caller tune subscription is free for a week.so please deactivate at [protected]

you are requested to stop my bsnl caller tune and stop deduction for the same immediately...my mobile no. is [protected] ,i was sent SMS for deactivation on 28/4/12 but no response.
