I DONT HONESTLY KNOW WHY ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH CELLONE?? THEY DONT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY PROMISE AND THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SIGNED A 1 YR CONTRACT WITH CHINOOK WIRELESS AND AS SOON AS CELLONE CAME OUT OF HIDING FROM THIER , PRIOR, MISHAP SERVICE, AND MERGED WITH CHINOOK WIRELESS...PROBLEMS WERE ABOUND AND NOBODY SEEMED TO BE ABLE TO CORRECT MY COMPLAINTS...OR CARED!!! I THINK CELLONE SHOULD BE TURNED IN TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL AS PICKETED!!! AFTER MY 1YR PLAN EXPIRED..THEY QUICKLY BECAME SO KIND AND HELPFUL...THEY WANTED MY MONEY BACK!! I TOLD THEM TO GO STRAIGHT TO HELL...GUESS WHAT?? THEY SENT ME NUMEROUS BILLS FOR BEING OUT OF CONTRACT AND PROMISED TO SUE ME EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO BINDING CONTRACT!! THATS BOLD!! I BEGGED THEM TO TRY AND I GUESS THEY CHICKENED OUT?? MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY FROM CELLONE!!! CRAPPY CRAPPY SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
Sir, my mobile number is [protected] and I'm unable to send text messages because when i do so then mobile shows "Check operator service". I have also checked the mobile center number but still the problem has been not resolved.please send the message that what i can do.

BSNL — UNABLE TO SEND TEST MESSAGES
I have bsnl prepaid service no as [protected] i received department messages but i unable to send text messages please solve my problem. Sir, my mobile number is [protected] and I'm unable to send text messages because when i do so then mobile shows "Check operator service". I have also checked the mobile center number but still the problem has been not resolved.please send the message that what i can do.

Sir, my no is [protected]. i have been charged Rs15/month for astro love sms from last 03 months which has been subscribed automatically. when i want to contact to customer care service, the phone disconnects automatically. then i got a message saying your astro love sms will be renewed in two days.to unscribe send sms UNSUBSLOV TO 55888.So i did the same thing and send the sms. but i have been charged another Rupees 15 for subscription of joke service.i am unable to contact customer care.i don't know what the hell is going on.pls help me out.
