BSNL — Disorder and Line disturbance

My complaint agents BSNL (Durgapur, Burdwan, WB). My Landline Number is[protected]. Every day I have been getting Line disturbance. I had launched the complaint regarding the same. But they never bother to come to see the Telephone line. They only give me phone support. I need a Technician to solve this problem. Please do the needful.

Good morning sir,
I am Balaji mailing from Arni , Vellore Region . Last February month I brought U 100 Nic card worth of Rs.2876. I paid this amount in one installment. From march to may I paid my monthly fixed charges of Rs.250+26=276 on every month. But from beginning every bill denoting EVDO plan . As per this plan BSNL sent the bill of Rs. 550 on April , Rs. 1984 on may and finally Rs.3418 on june month usages. But my plan is NIC CARD FIXED MONTHLIY CHARGES OF RS. 276 ONLY. Then I informed to Arni BSNL, they told, “ this problem comes regularly to every customers, so pay an amount as per your plan of Rs.276.00.” So I informed vellore circle office, they told problem comes from the Arni BSNL and vellore circle office is not responsible. Every time bill indicates I didn’t pay the single amount (3 months bill I already paid but it is fully misplaced). So I need to pay only Rs. 276 for June month usage of NIC CARD.
And vellore circle office staff told me , the documents indicates I didn’t paid the EVODO modem purchase charges. I purchased only NIC CARD from your BSNL . How I pay EVODO purchase charges. Please try to avoid this wrong billing amount.
This problem also happened to my friend but he informed to Vellore office then they billing for Rs.276 for every month. Please consisder my problem and take the immediate action in this issue.

BSNL Meter Reading Services is Always unserviceable.

BSNL KANNUR land line meter reading service implemented with no. 1962 is not working properly since the last one month. While dialing 1962 the music after welcome note lasts upto one minute. The reading is not announcing.

BSNL Cellone — SIM Blockage

I was using cellone prepaid connection no. [protected] which was purchased through Baddi-Himachal Pradesh Telephone exchange. Now during my transfer to another state I lost the sim. When I approached Nakashipara Police station-WB they refused to take FIR as I had no cash memo/bill of the sim. Now, what should I do to prevent misuse of the sim.

I am R.Balakrishnan and my BSNL landline No. is[protected]. On 11.08.2010 someone has called from your office to my daughter and offered games on demand free one month trial. It was also stated that before the expiry of one month period they will call again and ask for concurrence whether to continue or not. The e-mail dated 27.08.2010 from BSNL India games, stated that

"We have noticed that you have not logged on
to the Games on Demand service since

On 01.09.2010 itself (within 21 days itself) I have sent a mail through to web site and informed that I am not interested in the games and wanted to unsubscribe immediately. I have not received any phone call afterwards asking for confirming subscription.

Now, today (11.09.2010) exactly after one month, I have received an e-mail from BSNL India games with the caption "Subscription to BSNL Games on Demand : Premium Plan[protected]" as under:

Now I fear that I will also meet the same fate and the amount of fee of Rs.200.0 will be charged from me also. This kind of cheating is not expected in the name of BSNL.

There is no transparency in the Marketing of BSNL India games to the customer . I am a BSNL customer

Last month somebody called my land line and offered me a download of BSNL Games. After downloading the same over the phone they issued my LOG in Name 1943 N S Krishnan and Password 12345 with out giving any details of the package.

I thought it is a compliment from BSNL. From day one I was not able to operate the game and stopped using the same. Now to my surprise you are informing me the service is chargeable Rs.200/- P.M. But I apologize for my inconvenience to pay for th same.

Since I am not interested in this I request you to deactivate the same immediately with
out any demand. I have already brought this to the notice of the Local AGM BSNL Coimbatore. If action is not taken immediately I will be constrained to take further action in this regard. Your action and reply is requested .
