have a bsnl prepaid connection in lucknow.my number is [protected]. i had deactivated bsnl tunes 1 month ago.But even after the deactivation they have been taking the money from my account for the renewal of the bsnl tunes..i already lost more than Rs. 40/-.I don't know what to do now.They are robbing my money.i just want to deactivate my bsnl caller tunes.mymobile no is [protected].plz help me its urgent

I have prepaid mobile no [protected]. Today i.e. On 12.09.09 at 7.21.10 a.m. I received a message from 56700 "Dear user your BSNL tunes will be renewed tomarrow. You will be charged Rs. 25/= as monthly subscription. ..."

Why you have started this caller tunes to my mobile when I have neither applied for the same nor have requested for the same with you?.

kindly unsubsribe me from you list of Caller tunes and do not deduct any monthly subsription as I have no interest in this and I have not requested for the same.

If you still deduct the charge from my account and do not unsubscribe me from your caller tunes list, you are likely to face consumer forum?

Iam from narasa raopet, A.P. The response to Deactivate Bsnl tunes on my Mobile [protected] is not encoraging insoite of my repeated sms to 56700.They hve benn chargin Rs 30 .forcibly since three months.

I am having cellone connection with phone no.[protected]. I got one message from 12630019 stating that Rs.19/- charged for subscription to songs. and also Rs.1/- will be charged for getting songs per minute. But when I contacted I was advised to call 12630033 to get deactivation of the same. Though I have called to this number every time Rs.1/- is being deducted to the call with out any information. I was also not guided properly by your customer care centre. Deduction of Rs.19/- every month without even renewed the service is not good. Your department is simply grabing money from the customers. If this is not deactivated or guiding me property to deactivate, I have to think to shift from your cellone service.

My number is [protected] and i m receving daily Rahu kal message and charging Rs5 per week. I have called customer care to deactivate the same last week and they have given a code. But even now I am receiving messages. Again I have called custoer care and they told that it will be deactivated only after 48 hours. I have again sent the message to deactivate this. (CAN RAHU5 to 56505). Please look into and deactivate these type of messages.
