[Resolved]  BSNL — LANDLINE PHONE LINE WIRE NOT CHANGING

my home Phone line wire condition is bad from 2007 to now BSNL not want to change line wire. i was many time complaint in near BSNL Office Nawalgarh but they told me we wail change your phone line wire as soon as possible but yet no response from BSNL Office i was complain in Jaipur BSNL But they also told me we wail change your line wire soon but yet my phone wire condition very bad. my phone every month's 10 days or 15 days working so please may i most kindly request you please do it now so i can use my phone and i wail get BSNL broadband internet connection.
