With reference to the captioned subject, we need your urgent intervention. We have applied for disconnecting our telephone [[protected]], and your office has been disconnected our telephone on December 2010. We have returned your telephone set also in December 2010 and we have applied for refund in the same month, till date we have not received our security deposit. We would appreciate if you do the needful at the earliest.
